resort campingI was so excited when my husband came home several weeks ago and told me that he’d booked us a weekend at my favorite resort camping spot.    I guess I should say that it’s the only camping place I’ve ever been, but last year he asked if I’d go camping with him and even though I was a little nervous about the idea of sleeping outside, I did say yes.   He ordered a great tent and even though we slept in sleeping bags it was wonderful.   The resort camping experience was much better than some of the other camping trip horror stories I’ve heard and I told him last year that I’d be willing to go again.   This time I have decided that rather than sleeping in tents, that it may be more fun to have cots so I’ve ordered two online.   I also found a stove so that we can have more food to cook as opposed to eating sandwiches.   This year’s resort camping experience is going to be the best one yet, especially since he told me our best friends were also coming along and they would have the resort camping spot next to ours.
