outdoor camping, resort campingSometimes I like to go camping by myself and find that all I need is a small tent to do it. I found this one online today and it looks perfect for me. It's a backpacking tent and I've found that those are sometimes the easiest to set up and certainly take up far less space in the camping gear. This is the Eureka Spitfire 2 Backpacking Tent and the interior floor space is 10'9" by 5'10". That's plenty of room for me, since I'm just over five feet tall. That leaves me a lot of room for stretching out and bringing in the camping gear, too. I love outdoor camping and I find that it's so peaceful to go alone. I generally seek out a place where there is a campground host because it makes me feel a little more secure.

Resort camping is also a good alternative for women outdoor camping alone. My girlfriend introduced me to it a few years ago, and the first time I went I was a little nervous, but after one evening, I realized that solo outdoor camping in the right spots is just fine. Now that I've ordered this tent, I'm really looking forward to getting it and going camping. One of the reasons I chose this one was because it has a floodproof floor. You The green comes up about three or four inches above the floor. This is all part of the floor, so it's seamless and waterproof, so my sleeping bag won't get wet in a big rain or runoff event.

I found this tent at Bridges Outdoor World located at www.bridgesoutdoorworld.com, a website with incredible products for the great outdoors, including outdoor camping and even skateboarding equipment. I'd have to drive all over town to find a backpacking tent this nice for outdoor camping, so when I read the complete product description, I knew this was the one I wanted. It has storage pockets inside so I can keep my flashlight and glasses handy and in one place, and lots of no see um screening. It has two doors and lots of windows for ventilation and light.

It's going to be a lot of fun to take this backpack tent outdoor camping. I'm looking forward to setting it up for the first time and hopping in to see how it feels. It's going to be fun to be outdoor camping, reading books, listening to music, and eating anything I want. Once in a while it's good to take some time for myself and with outdoor camping, it's a combination of rest, relaxation, and exercise so after two nights in the wild, I come back completely recharged, ready to face another month or two.
